We are growing faster than the four of us can handle
Which is why we are hiring. Not CV collectors — people who understand why an installer is still writing a quote at half past seven in the evening, and who want to fix that.
Why here
Six things you get here and not at a large company
We are small. That has downsides — we name those in the interview — and these are the upsides.
01
You talk with the owner, not about him
Our customers are electricians, pavers and installers. You visit them on site, in the site hut and in the van. What you hear there is in the system next month.
02
Short lines, because there are no others
You discuss your idea with the founder, not with a steering group. No quarterly roadmap for your proposal to disappear into.
03
You build something that does not exist yet
Appointments that account for your route. Seeing per job what you actually earned. A 3D configurator per trade. The competition does not have this — so you sell it differently too.
04
Three countries, one team
The Netherlands, Belgium and North Rhine-Westphalia. From Roermond you are in Germany in half an hour and in Antwerp in one. The system already works in five languages.
05
A deal is a deal
That is what we promise our customers, and it counts just as hard towards you. What we say in the interview about hours, salary and workplace ends up in the contract.
06
Room to grow
What you pick up now is your department in a year. A training budget, and the time to actually use it.
Open roles
Three positions, and an open door
Everything is right here: what you do, what we ask and what you get. No clicking through to a page with the same text on it.
New Business Manager
You bring ThreeM to trade businesses in the Randstad. From the first coffee to the signed customer.
Google Ads and Meta, for ThreeM and for our customers.
Local visibility: making sure an electrician from Venlo is top of the list when someone in Venlo searches.
Google Business Profiles that keep themselves up to date. We build the automation, you decide what goes in it.
Writing that is actually about something: what belongs in a quote, what you may charge for a call-out.
What we ask
You have run campaigns yourself and you know what an enquiry is allowed to cost.
You can write for a tradesperson, not for a marketer.
You measure, and you dare to stop what does not work — even when it was your idea.
Fluent Dutch. German or French is a big plus.
What you get
Budget and the freedom to test, without three people having to have an opinion first.
A system that shows you which campaign produced which signed quote. Almost no marketer has that.
Hybrid: at home, or at the Roermond office when it suits.
A training budget and the time to use it.
International Account Manager · NL, BE, NRW
The Netherlands is running. Now Belgium and North Rhine-Westphalia. You build those two markets from zero, with a system that already works in German and French and produces Belgian and German documents.
You decide how: partners, trade fairs, cold calling, or all three.
You tell us what has to differ per country. That a Belgian invoice is not a Dutch one we already know — there is more underneath.
You build the first customer base. Then you hand it over, or you stay and build a team around it.
What we ask
Dutch and German at conversational level. French is a big plus.
Experience selling across borders, or the nerve to learn it within a year.
You like that nothing is there yet. This is building, not taking over.
A driving licence, and no objection to a day in Cologne, Düsseldorf or Antwerp.
What you get
Two markets that are yours, with nobody above you who already knows them.
Company car, laptop and phone.
Fixed salary plus uncapped commission.
A product that already works in five languages — you do not have to wait for a translation.
About the salary. We name the figure in the first conversation, not the last. It saves us both time, and it fits how we work: you hear what is on offer before you have put three evenings into us.
How it works
Four steps, and within two weeks you know where you stand
No assessment, no puzzle, no six rounds with people you never see again.
1
You send an email
No two-page cover letter. Write five sentences on why you, and attach a CV or a link to your LinkedIn. That is enough.
2
You hear back within three working days
Including when it is a no, and then with a reason. That is the least you deserve after taking the trouble.
3
A conversation with Nafi
An hour, in Roermond or online. We want to know what you can do and whether it clicks. You get the same in return: an honest account of what the job is and what it is not.
4
A day alongside us
You come along to a customer. You see what the work really is, we see how you do it. That day is paid.
Nothing that fits?
There is more work than there are vacancies
We are small and growing fast, so the list above always lags behind what needs doing. Tell us what you are good at and what gives you energy. If it fits where we are heading, we will make a place.
